History

A/E Graphics, originally known as Green Bay Blueprint Division, was founded by Guy and Marjorie Lam.  Later, Fred Gennerman and Mel Kirsch acquired the company.  These individuals began the company with a basis of hard work, quality results and great customer service.  Always looking into the future, Fred and Mel helped to grow our “blueprint” and “photo” shop into a full-service digital document and graphics company.

When it was time for Fred and Mel to move on, they recognized a work ethic similar to theirs in five of their employees, Tim Davis, Dan Schmidt, Joe Shaw, John Sieber and Tom Taubenheim and offered them the opportunity to own and run the company.

Today, our team of professionals, both owners and employees, each have an average of 7 years experience.  They are trained to understand your business, embrace technology, and find methods for improving efficiency.
